What we do:

• If you are expecting to be arrested for such offences, we can arrange a Free consultation where we put forward a proposal as to how your case needs to be handled. We can arrange voluntary interviews for you by liaising with the Police which would save the embarrassment of an arrest. 
• We will explain exactly how to handle police interviews.
• We will look to lock down any evidence which may assist your defence, whether from social media accounts, text messages, pictures, videos, or accounts from witnesses. 
• If charged, we will look to secure the most suitable Barrister at the earliest opportunity to ensure that you have the most experienced legal team ready to fight for you. 
• If your mobile phone has been seized, and the police wish to rely on material from the device, such as text messages, images or videos, we will instruct our own defence telephone expert who will interrogate your device to provide proper context to material the Police wish to rely upon, as opposed to just allowing the Crown Prosecution to ‘cherry pick’ material to advance their case. 
• If convicted, we will advise you if the conviction was safe and if there are any grounds to appeal the conviction or the sentence.
