Rehaan Khan 

Trainee Solicitor

Rehaan is a Trainee Solicitor at Tyler Hoffman Solicitors, working directly with the
Managing Partner on a range of serious and complex criminal matters.

He has gained valuable experience assisting in cases involving fraud, Proceeds of
Crime Act (POCA) proceedings, county lines operations, serious drug offences, and
violent offences including ABH and GBH. Through this exposure, Rehaan has
developed a strong understanding of criminal litigation strategy, evidential analysis,
and the procedural demands of Court proceedings.

Rehaan plays an active role in case preparation, undertaking detailed legal research,
analysing disclosure, drafting legal documents, and assisting with trial preparation.
His meticulous and methodical approach ensures that cases are comprehensively
prepared and strategically advanced.

He places significant importance on client care and understands the pressure and
uncertainty that criminal proceedings can bring. Rehaan ensures clients are kept
fully informed throughout their case, providing clear, practical explanations of the
legal process, potential outcomes, and next steps. He is approachable, professional,
and committed to maintaining regular communication so that clients feel supported
and confident at every stage.

He is currently studying towards the Legal Practice Course (LPC) as part of his route
to qualification as Solicitor and is also working towards the Police Station
Accreditation.
